Location and Contacts

The Hotel is located in Pombal, 700 metres from the city centre, in an area of great accessibility. It is only 25km from Leiria, 40km from Coimbra and Figueira da Foz and 50km from Fátima and Tomar.

The city is connected to the main road arteries (A1, A17, IC1, IC2, IC3 and IC8) and to the main railway line in the country (North line – Pombal) as well as the West line – Soure in the coastal area.

The Hotel is 150km from the main airports, which are the airport of Portela – Lisboa and the airport Sá Carneiro – Porto.

How to arrive

By car (on A1 or A17)

If you come either from the North or from the South, take Pombal’s exit. Leaving the toll, go along IC8 towards Castelo Branco/Pombal. At the first Pombal/Coimbra exit, you continue ahead following the indication Castelo Branco/Sertã and about 900m on you will find an exit to Pombal on your right.

Go down the road and turn right again into the avenue Avenida Heróis do Ultramar, you will find the Hotel about 20m after the first roundabout.

By car (on IC2)

If you come from the North, take the exit Pombal/Castelo Branco on your left and go straight, passing by the petrol station Repsol which is on your right.

Around 900m on, turn left then take the second turning on your left again, you will find a roundabout, take the second exit and you will see the Hotel 20m ahead on your right, it is door number 185.

If you come from the South on IC2, enter the city, driving towards the city centre, go under the viaduct, then there is a roundabout, take the second exit and go straight. After that you will find another roundabout with a statue (square Largo do Cardal), you keep going straight towards the Hospital, then you will find one more roundabout which was built in honour of the firefighters, Rotunda do Bombeiro, keep going straight and around 700m ahead you will see the Hotel Senhora de Belém.

By train

It is easy to get to Pombal by train because the main North/South railway axis goes through the city.

If you take this means of transport and want to stay at our Hotel, then we have free transfer (Railway Station – Hotel).

Pombal is only 150km away from Porto, where there is the airport Sá Carneiro, and Lisboa, where there is the airport of Portela.
